All of our products are thoroughly inspected before shipment. Unfortunately, due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or refunds, but we shall replace items that arrive damaged.
Damages and issues
Upon receiving your product, please inspect your item(s) for any damages. If damages have occurred during the shipping process, please contact us within 7 days from delivery of your item, with photos of the damages. After reviewing your email, we shall send you a replacement, free of charge.
